We are adding Restaurant Managers with Quick Service Restaurant or Fast Casual Restaurant management experience to join our Dallas, Texas team.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will operate our restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a critical decision maker. You will help your management team, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You'll also help reach sale and profit goals while helping restaurant team members through performance and training initiatives. What we’re looking for:

· A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

· 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience

· Skilled restaurant kitchen management experience (P&L management, food safety, sales- forecasting, staffing…you get the gist)

· A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)

· Someone that loves to develop people and lead a team

· The ability to team teams to deliver a great guest experience
