Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects in the hospitality and multi-family sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing client expectations and fostering strong team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for project executionQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in hospitality and multi-family projects
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
