We are looking for a detail-oriented part time Receptionist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and requires someone who can efficiently manage front desk operations while providing excellent administrative support. Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls across multiple lines, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Greet and assist residents and visitors with inquiries or concerns in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, copying documents, filing records, and sending faxes.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
• Route calls and messages efficiently to support smooth communication within the office.
• Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and provide timely support.
• Handle occasional clerical projects as assigned to meet organizational requirements.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a nonprofit or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in standard office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of administrative procedures, including mail handling, filing, and document management.
• Ability to work part-time hours while maintaining reliability and consistency.
• Familiarity with office software programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, is a plus.
