Multifamily Construction Superintendent

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Superintendent to run on-site operations for multifamily construction projects. This position is perfect for:

An assistant superintendent with multifamily experience ready to lead their own site.

A single-family superintendent eager to transition into multifamily construction and take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations for multifamily construction projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedules.

Monitor progress, quality control, and enforce safety standards.

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues quickly.

Conduct regular site meetings and inspections, maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

3+ years of construction experience (multifamily experience preferred).

Experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent on construction sites.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
