Now Hiring: Member Services & Collections Specialist!

Fully in-office Pay: $21/hr (or more for rockstar experience!)Contract: 3-month minimum, with the potential to convert to permanent for the right fitStart Date: ASAP – Interviews next week, quick decisions!Why You’ll Love This Role:

Dynamic work: Mix of inbound/outbound calls and some emails. Every day is different!Your Schedule:

We’re hiring for two unique schedules:

Role 1: 8am–5pm (primarily)

Role 2: 10am–7pm (Wed & Thu), 9am–6pm (Mon, Tue, Fri)What You’ll Do:

Connect with borrowers by phone, mail, or email—always with respect and persistence.

Help members resolve past-due accounts (30, 60, 90 days delinquent).

Counsel members on payment options and hardship programs.

Handle repossession processes, post delinquent payments, and process GAP insurance claims.

Keep detailed records of all collection actions and maintain confidentiality.

Support the credit union’s mission and deliver exceptional service to members and teammates.

Collaborate with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams as needed.What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and member service skills.

Any collections experience (from any industry!).

Ability to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Willingness to undergo a background and credit check (no fraud or major collections with us or over $50k).Ready to Join?

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
