Job Description
A dynamic organization is seeking an experienced Vice President of Product Development to join its executive team. This strategic leader will oversee the entire product development process, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of product strategies to support organizational growth.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.
Inspire and manage cross-functional teams focused on design, development, and execution.
Identify market trends and opportunities for new product categories and enhancements.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize processes and deliver results.
Establish and monitor KPIs for product development and team performance.
Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development, design, or related fields.
Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market and managing high-performing teams.
Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial and operational objectives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 plus performance based bonus
