Job Title: Office Assistant (Temporary)
Location: On-Site – Columbus, OH 43215
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time (In Office)
Assignment Duration: Asap – March 27, 2026Position Overview
A professional and organized Office Assistant is needed to support daily administrative operations in a Columbus-based office. This is a temporary, full-time, in-person role that requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform front desk reception duties and greet guests
Scan and upload client workpapers and engagement documents
Assist with setup and coordination of meal services during peak periods
Stock and maintain kitchen and office supplies
Provide general administrative support as neededBasic Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Experience:
1+ year in an office services, facilities, or administrative support role required
Software:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
