Staff Accountant

In this role, you will oversee full-cycle accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple sites, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of full-cycle accounting, including month-end close processes, for multiple locations.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Collaborate with leadership and site managers to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance accounting efficiency.

• Work closely with operations and finance teams to uphold financial accuracy and integrity.

• Ensure year-end financial statements are prepared and reviewed thoroughly.

• Handle journal entries and other general ledger activities to support reporting needs.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting.

• Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial reporting processes.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including financial modeling capabilities.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
