Job Description
The Project Coordinator provides direct support to the Community Involvement Senior Coordinator in planning, executing, and evaluating our branded team member volunteer initiative known as Care Crew. This role is responsible for assisting with coordinating volunteer events, managing logistics, supporting communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations. The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in engaging employees, tracking participation, and strengthening our presence in the community through service.
salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Care Crew events and activities.
Manage logistics including scheduling, materials, transportation, and event-day support.
Provide administrative support including recordkeeping, calendar management, and correspondence.
Track participation and outcomes; prepare reports to measure the impact of Care Crew efforts.
Support recruitment and engagement of team members in volunteer opportunities.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience supporting volunteer programs, nonprofit initiatives, or community engagement.
