CNC Turner Hemel Hempstead Up to £40,000 Our client a market-leading manufacturer producing precision components for the aerospace industry are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Turner to join them.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, clean environment as part of a highly experienced team delivering high-quality parts to exacting standards.

The successful candidate will have experience operating CNC lathes, working to tight tolerances, and producing small to medium batch work with medium to high complexity.

Key responsibilities include: Operating CNC turning machines to produce components to customer specifications Working to typical tolerances of +/- 0.025mm and occasional tolerances of +/- 0.0125mm Collaborating with Planning and Quality teams on repeat and NPI jobs Recording accurate job timings in the ERP system (Javelin) Maintaining 6S standards and participating in Kaizen events Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities The ideal candidate will have previous aerospace or similar sector experience, be apprentice-trained or qualified by experience, and be confident operating independently.

Familiarity with Fanuc controls and working with a range of materials, including stainless steel, titanium, and aluminium, is essential.
