Position: Inventory Coordinator
Reports to: Manager of Prefabrication
Location: Gahanna, Ohio
Pay Range: $21 - $30 per hour (Eligible for Overtime)

Superior is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory and asset management at our Advanced Logistics and Manufacturing Facility (ALF). This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, organizing and distributing materials, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly tracked and maintained. This role is based at our Advanced Logistics and Manufacturing Facility in Gahanna, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Keep orders accurate and up to date in the Inventory Management System (IMS)
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, resolving discrepancies as needed
Operate a forklift to safely move, store, and distribute materials within ALF
Pull materials so teams always have what they need
Conduct daily cycle counts and support regular inventory audits
Support facility operations, including tool management, material organization, and general upkeep
Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following all company and OSHA safety standards

Your Expertise
Required: You have at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or material handling role
Required: You can lift at least 50 pounds and are comfortable with a physical job (walking, standing, bending, carrying, and climbing)
Required: You have an active forklift certification or you are willing to obtain one — Superior will provide certification and training through an approved third-party program before your first day of employment
Bonus Points: You have experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment
Bonus Points: You have experience with inventory systems or ERP software
Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
