Essential Job FunctionsPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, compliant staffing process and positive candidate experience.Schedule interviews, coordinate with managers and interview teams, and arrange travel and reimbursements when needed.Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and on time.Audit hiring documentation for accuracy, completion, and compliance.Conduct new hire orientations as assigned.Schedule and track drug tests, physicals, and monitor background checks.Maintain on-site files (I-9s, requisition files, etc.).Administer or assist with employment tests as needed.
