Sales Advisor – Financial Services Location: Dublin, OH We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Sales Advisor to join our growing financial services team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that support long-term financial success.

Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.Proactively identify opportunities for growth through referrals, networking, and community engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service.Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:Previous experience in financial services, sales, or a client-facing advisory role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.Series 7, 65/66, or insurance licenses a plus (or willingness to obtain).
