Service Manager / Installation Manager Columbus, OH Our client, a rapidly expanding and highly successful industrial equipment and service company, is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead installation operations at their Columbus, OH location.

Role Overview: This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of equipment installations, including team oversight, project scheduling, quality assurance, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and experienced with mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate in-house technicians and subcontractors on installation projectsReview new jobs for scope, scheduling, and resource planningMaintain strong communication with sales, service, and admin teamsEnsure site readiness, proper documentation, and customer satisfactionPromote a safety-first culture; ensure compliance with all proceduresManage installation assets, materials, and rental equipment cost-effectivelySupport hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts Requirements:Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsPrior experience managing maintenance or installation teams a plusStrong leadership and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and job management systemsClear, professional communicationAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
