(PSI) is looking for a Federal Project Manager in Columbus, OH to join our Federal Division.

The Federal Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex Federal, DOD, USACE, NAVFAC, etc.

Responsibilities Lead the project team to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, on schedule, under budget, and to our client’s satisfactionManage budgets and subcontractors while leading field Superintendents and maintaining quality relationships with clientsManage multiple project schedules and timelines to satisfy client needsAct as liaison and single point of contact to effectively communicate between client and project teams – field and officeConduct forward-thinking risk assessments and make suggestions to minimize potential risks Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the Federal Construction space as a Project ManagerProven experience as a Project Manager overseeing complex commercial construction projects valued at $10M+Proficiency with construction software like Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, MS Project, and other construction-specific softwareBachelor's degree in Construction Management or a construction related field is preferredPossess strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills As an EEO employer, Place Services, Inc.
