Leasing Specialist – $900 Per Lease Flexible Schedule
Location: Northern VA & DC
Bay Management Group (BMG) is growing fast—and we’re looking for a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. If you’re a licensed Virginia real estate agent who thrives on flexibility and unlimited earning potential, this is your opportunity.
What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:
Show and market properties, guide renters through the leasing process, and close deals while building strong relationships with tenants and owners.
What You Need:
Active VA Real Estate License
Self-motivated, sales-driven, and dependable
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and cell phone
