$90–$120 per day

(Based on education level and/or teaching certification)What You’ll Do

Lead classrooms by following lesson plans provided by the teacher

Build a positive, focused, and engaging learning environment

Encourage participation while effectively managing classroom behavior

Supervise students during lessons, transitions, lunch, and recess

Assign and review classwork that supports daily learning goals

Record attendance and communicate updates with school staff

Collaborate with teachers and administrators to promote student success

For extended assignments: plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standardsSchedule

Monday through Friday availability required

Full Day: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Half Day: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PMQualifications

Minimum of 60 college credit hours or an Associate’s degree (required)

Bachelor’s degree or valid teaching certification (preferred)

At least 1 year of classroom or childcare experience

Strong communication and classroom management skills
