The Printing Assistant in the Disability Resource Office duties include: * Ensure exam integrity and provide superior customer service in a friendly, technology-enhanced environment * Prepare and print exams for the upcoming day * Ensure all exams are sorted correctly, with technology needs highlighted * Prepare specialized software and files needed for testing (training provided on software) * Answer fundamental questions over the phone, by email, and in-person * Know when a query needs to be escalated to a full-time proctor * Assist in any other areas as determined by full-time proctors or upper management, as needed * Able to serve as an intermittent replacement for a Proctoring Assistant in any extenuating circumstances * Additional hours may be necessary during final exams * Individuals will be expected to be flexible both in hours and day-to-day operations Is Time Limited Yes If Yes, Appointment Length 6-9 months Wolfpack Perks and Benefits As a Pack member, you belong here, and can enjoy exclusive perks designed to enhance your personal and professional well-being.
