Job Description*:

As per the staffing plan, leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target for the unit / region/ geography along with Vendor Management.

Ensure Process Compliance within the guidelines, policies and norms.

#Mandatory skills:

Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, Sourcing pools, Recruitment laws and regulations globally Vendor management experience is a must.

Knowledge of selection tools and techniques, Interviewing techniques

High Impact Communication

Interacts regularly with key influencers within and outside own organization and uses formal and informal opportunities available to build relationships by working on mutual areas of interest and to achieve laid down objectives
