About Our Client
Our client, who is in the real-estate industry located in Markham is hiring an Intermediate Property Accountant for a permanent position.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with general accounting and financial statements
Perform monthly account analysis and reconciliations
Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis
Complete recovery calculations for reforecast and property budgets
Oversee lease setup and create recovery models for newly acquired properties, as required
Qualifications
2+ years of Property Accounting experience
Residential experience is a MUST
Yardi Voyager software would be a strong preference
Strong Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
