Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Average 20 patients per day 10 patients per 4-hour session

Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting

Pediatric through geriatric patient population

EMR: Epic

Experience with pain management and addiction medicine required

Same-day chart completion expected during clinic hours

3 years primary care experience required recent outpatient setting
