People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Shifts: Monday to Friday - 06:00 - 14:15

Rates of pay: £12.21 per hour

Day-to-day duties:

As a Production Operative, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

Assembling high quality window frames

Carrying out stock control and regular stock checks

Loading and Unloading relevant materials & stock

Using hand tools effectively to assemble products

Moving and organising stock

Ensuring all items are stored correctly and safely

Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Essential skills:

To be successful as a Production Operative, you will need:

A basic level of English (spoken and written)

Reliability and punctuality

Good communication skills

The ability to work well as part of a team

A positive and proactive attitude

Efficient use of hand tools

Desirable experience:

Previous production / assembling experience (advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided)

Previous use of hand tools

Training:

Full training will be provided, with additional support throughout
