Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Birmigham

Location: Birmingham (B1)

Full-Time Permanent Onsite

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 p/a + Benefits + Overtime

We’re currently seeking a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team onsite ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing facilities management presence across Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and repair of pumps, FCUs, AHUs and general plumbing systems

Daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across site mechanical services

Working closely with the onsite electrical engineer to ensure seamless building operation

Supporting any planned upgrades or refurbishments of mechanical systems

What We’re Looking For:

Strong M&E background in building services maintenance

Experience with pumps, FCUs, and HVAC systems

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

ECS card

Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, etc.)
