Key Responsibilities
Assist in data gathering and preparation of reports related to store performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs.
Support the team in monitoring and updating operational trackers, store compliance documents, and franchise records.
Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings with regional stakeholders and franchise partners.
Participate in retail and franchise projects, including data analysis, research, and process documentation.
Support coordination of store communications, announcements, and operational updates.
Assist in organizing retail trainings, meetings, and workshops, including logistics preparation and minutes documentation.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and updating databases as assigned.
Join team meetings to gain exposure to regional retail operations, franchise management, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
School endorsement for OJT / internship hours completion.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support diverse tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
