Summary:

Set up and operate injection molding machines to meet daily production goals

Ensure all parts meet quality standards and maintain equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and equipment issues

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Collaborate with team members to support smooth production

Responsibilities:

Start up and shut down machines safely and efficiently

Change molds, materials, or colors as needed

Use forklift or overhead crane to move molds

Connect and operate hot runners, robotic arms, and other equipment

Follow ISO procedures and help document process instructions

Monitor machines daily and report maintenance needs

Follow all safety, quality, and company policies

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of plastic injection mold processing experience

Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane

Strong understanding of mold setup, alignment, clamping, and machine adjustments

Ability to read and follow setup instruction sheets

Attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork skills

Preferred: experience monitoring and optimizing the injection molding process
