What You'll Do: * Provide technical assistance, training, and work direction to Gaming Enforcement Agents and Gaming Enforcement Investigator.

* Review investigative reports and case files to ensure all criminal and regulatory violations are properly documented and addressed.

* Manage the collection, preservation, and preparation of evidence for criminal and regulatory cases.

* Compile and disseminate intelligence information to various law enforcement and regulatory entities.

* Serve as a liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and prosecutors.

* Ensure casino equipment and operations comply with Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) rules and regulations.

* Assist with the State of Ohio Time Out Ohio Program to help individuals with problem gambling.

* Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management or public administration or Criminal Justice, Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Criminology), or other field commensurate with job duties; 36 mos.
