Job Description Direct DHL Supply Chain North America Performance Management activities to accomplish team agenda and objectives.

Responsibilities cover a wide scope of programs and projects, regional operating systems, and reporting responsibilities to add value to the DSC North America Operations and/or Functional teams.

Responsibilities * \tAdvance value adding strategic programs and projects, including standard programs like DSC's Divisional Performance Management program, and ad-hoc needs and/or analyses.

* \tDrive day-to-day North America success with global operating systems: LOGICS and ETQ * \tDeliver excellence in reporting, including regional PowerBI Applications, and delivering content for Operations Excellence executive needs for BRMs and MRPs.

* \tDeploy programs and projects in all North America sectors by working with sector teams for success, including short and long-term planning, resource balancing, communications, and problem solving.

* \tProject management from beginning to end, including ensuring that all cross-sector and/or cross-functional project participants are meeting deadlines, to reach the overall project completion date goal.

* \tProactively inform leadership of project accomplishments and challenges * \tSelling of projects including educating on the value-add of projects * \tActive participation in global project calls, including at non-traditional work hours (6am and 7am ET calls are common for this role) * \tLead and develop team members with direct report(s) and/or CoE teammate support.

* \tPerforms other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience * \tUndergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, related field, or related experience required.

* \tMasters in Business Administration or other advanced degree or related experience preferred.

* \t12+ years of experience with real supply chain issues for company(s) in one of our sectors and/or logistics industry required.

* \t5+ years of progressive experience in at least one of the following:strategy development and implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation required.

* \tAbility to manage large projects, divide up tasks, leverage relationships while holding people accountable to results required.

* \tAbility to coach, mentor, and train personnel required.

* \tExcellent technical and computer skills, particularly with analytical tools required.

* \tStrong organizational, time-management, and project management skills required.

* \tBusiness and Commercial Acumen:knows how business and underlying business model works, knowledgeable of future trends, competition, how strategies/tactics work in the marketplace required.

* \tFinancial Expertise:Strong finance background, expertise in analyzing financial statements, detailed operational/financial modeling preferred.

* \tStrategic strategic and analytic leadership.Sees ahead clearly, future-oriented, broad knowledge and perspective, anticipates trends and consequences accurately, pragmatic and fact based in approach.Good constructive challenger preferred.

* \tAnalytics Expertise: Strong background in operational and financial analytics and reporting, including assembling, illustration, insight determination, and presenting of analytics findings required.
