Accela Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Project Manager / Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and oversee new building manager projects. This dual role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who thrives on balancing high-level executive support with project management responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate new building manager projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.

Partner with leadership to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Manage project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Assist executives with daily administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting preparation, correspondence, and document drafting.

Act as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless communication.

Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses to support decision-making.

Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in project management and/or executive support.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proven ability to manage projects independently and drive results.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); project management tools a plus.

Experience in healthcare or long-term care industry required

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
