About Innovamat

Innovamat is reimagining how K-8 students learn math. We've built a research-backed, hands-on, concept-first curriculum that empowers teachers and helps students think like mathematicians-not just memorize procedures.

Since entering the U.S. two years ago, we've:

• Landed in 60+ public school districts across 10+ states

• Converted 100% of pilots to paid partnerships

• Retained 100% of customers

• Grown from 0 to 40,000 students-and are scaling to 200,000+ in the next 12 months

We've validated product-market fit. Now we're scaling sustainably-and fast.

About the Role

This is not a passive internship.

As an Expansion Analyst, you'll be treated like a full member of the team, expected to build, own, and lead your own workstreams. You'll work directly with our U.S. leadership and sales teams to:

Identify expansion opportunities

Build your own pipeline of leads

Support district sales and outreach

Analyze market strategy

Help create the systems that will carry us through our next stage of scale

This is the kind of role where high performers earn high trust-fast. You'll have every opportunity to grow into a full-time role and take on increasing responsibility, including owning specific geographies, deals, or strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

Own Your Region: Build your own list of target districts, design outreach strategies, and support closing conversations.

Drive Pipeline: Research, qualify, and activate school and district leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and CRM platforms.

Support Expansion Strategy: Identify untapped markets and advise where we should focus next.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, RevOps, and marketing to improve processes and ensure messaging and targeting are aligned.

Lead Special Projects: Jump into time-sensitive growth priorities-building dashboards, running campaigns, improving workflows.

Design Systems: Help build repeatable processes so future teammates can move faster and smarter.

You won't be waiting for tasks-you'll be finding them, solving them, and building new ones.

Who You Are

Must-Haves

0-2 years of experience (internships, part-time roles, fellowships all count)

Strong research, analysis, and writing skills

Hustler mindset: you take initiative, move fast, and don't wait to be told what to do

Comfort with ambiguity-actually, you kind of like it

Clear communicator: you can talk to a district leader or write up a sharp strategy memo

Motivated by impact and hungry to learn

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in edtech, education, or mission-driven startups

Spanish or bilingual experience is a plus

Experience with outreach platforms (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)What You'll Get

Hands-on exposure to every part of building a growth-stage edtech company

Ownership over your own region, deals, and projects

1:1 coaching and mentorship from experienced sales and ops leaders

Clear pathways to convert into a full-time role based on performance

Team offsites, travel opportunities, and learning budget

Flexibility in scheduling and location

If you're ambitious, adaptable, and want to punch above your weight-we want to talk.

This is the kind of role where you'll learn in 6 months what it takes most people 3 years.
