We are recruiting for a financial planning practice in St Albans who are looking to recruit an IFA administrator.

Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to Paraplanners & Financial Advisers within the business.

Main Activities: To produce accurate Annual Review Packs for Financial Advisers and process associated tasks Assist Paraplanners with: Basic advice events, such as fund switches and investment withdrawals.

Producing illustrations and reports for new business Processing applications when required Collate and upload all relevant correspondence to our True Potential back office system Type letters and draft routine correspondence Maintain all necessary systems Skills/competencies: Familiar with Word and Excel Good team worker Good written and verbal communication skills Highly organised Able to exercise initiative Any knowledge on True Potential and/or Defaqto helpful but not essential Qualifications: Essential - Educated to GCE 'A’ Level, GCSE English, GCSE Maths Experience Ideally some office experience in a similar role/working environment
