Summary:
The IT Service Delivery Manager - Sr serves day-to-day Information Technology (IT) needs of multiple teams within Enterprise Payments. This manager will manage a team of developers, BSAs and QA members in an agile framework working on production support activities as well as business and discretionary work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifies and develops relationships with business and delivery partners.
Assists in the development of strategy, planning, funding, and delivery of technology products and services to the assigned Business Segment and delivery partners.
Partners in developing /executing technology strategy and is responsible for end-to-end technology project execution including resource planning.
Responsible for financial transparency across IT (including initiatives and base operations) for assigned Business Segment.
Involved with resource management, budget management, and prioritizing work
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of hands-on experience in technology with mix of both development and production support
Minimum of 5 years managing and or leading teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to make swift, data driven decisions
Technology-enabled innovation experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to resolve issues and drive performance
Success within a large organization
Skilled in articulating and interacting with both technical and non-technical leaders
Background in Continuous Delivery environments leverage DevSecOps principles
Application Modernization and Migration
Experience with cloud architecture and adoption
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent client management skills
Goal-oriented
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability
Resourceful
Understanding of on-prem server-based applications - Windows servers/ SQL database platform
Experience with Zena and batch processing
Understanding of DataStage
Effectively manages stress in a constantly changing environment
