Responsibilities

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll provide an outstanding customer experience by:

Building relationships and creating customers for life

Guiding customers through vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences

Becoming a vehicle product expert - understanding trim levels, technology, and options

Delivering professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles

Following up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business

Overcoming objections and finding solutions in sales situations

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager on objectives and performance

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, IT, or call centers is a plus - but not required

Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Coachable and eager to learn new products and sales processes

Well-groomed, professional appearance

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
