We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Associate Therapist to join our Early Childhood Services Team! If you're passionate about working with young children and their families, this is the perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact. In this role, you'll provide fun, engaging therapy to children ages 0-8, helping them build essential social, emotional, and behavioral skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children aged 0-8.

Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions using play therapy, CBT, and other child-centered approaches.

Monitor and document progress, updating treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create strong support systems.

Participate in individual and group clinical supervision.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care.

Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach events.

Complete administrative and development tasks as assigned.

Maintain strict confidentiality of agency and client information.

Contribute to CCS's mission through clinical excellence and organizational involvement.

Qualifications

Master's Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health discipline.

Registered and in good standing with the BBS.

Minimum 1 year of experience providing therapy to young children.

Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and strong clinical documentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
