We're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) to join our team as a trusted advisor and partner to our leaders and managers. In this role, you will be a key driver of team engagement, productivity, and retention by providing coaching and strategic guidance. You will have a solid understanding of our business and support the implementation of People & Culture (P&C) programs that attract, retain, and develop the best talent.

You will manage and contribute to P&C projects and change management initiatives that drive our P&C agenda and support our business goals. This involves proactively engaging in strategic business planning and identifying new opportunities for P&C to add value.
In this role, you will:
Be a strategic partner: Contribute to P&C projects, change management, and other initiatives that support our business goals. You'll identify new ways for P&C to add value, and you'll engage in strategic business planning to ensure our programs are successfully implemented.
Provide expert guidance: Partner with managers and team members to offer tailored advice on everything from performance management and organizational design to team member engagement and compensation.
Manage employee relations: Manage employee relations issues and performance management with discretion and diplomacy, confidently asking probing questions, investigating situations, and making sound recommendations.
Drive compliance and informed decisions: Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations. You'll use data from exit interviews, employee surveys, and other sources to identify trends, determine root causes, and develop effective solutions with business leaders.
Support P&C functions: Perform core P&C duties, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding.
Be a change advocate: Anticipate and respond to evolving business needs, serving as an agent of change on company-wide strategies and initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR disciplines.
General knowledge of all HR disciplines with specific expertise in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and organizational design.
Proven ability to think critically, diagnose problems, and drive appropriate solutions.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is preferred.
Experience with project management.
Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is a plus.

Work Environment:
Schedule: Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Due to the global nature of our company, some flexibility may be required to attend occasional evening meetings, conference calls, or contribute additional work input outside of core hours.
Where You Will Work: Professional office setting.
Travel: Some overnight travel may be required.
Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary, use of repetitive hand and wrist motions, must be able to maintain proper posture, must be able to lift, pull, or maneuver up to 25lbs.
The salary range for this role is $65K to $75K a year and a yearly bonus potential. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
