Lead a team of 60 - 70

Daytime position - Max 55hours a week in busy time

M - F with half days on Sat in busy season and Sat off in quiet season

Closed public holidays

Five-star catering production, planning, in the production kitchen (separate offsite team handles the service)

Must have senior five-star catering production experience in a luxury hotel or catering company for events of at least 500 pax
