Job Description

Create and manage plant layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD

Participate in capital project planning from design through commissioning

Propose and scope new process improvements and lead implementation efforts

Use root cause analysis and statistical methods to verify and control process stability

Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot production or maintenance issues

Ensure compliance with EH&S standards during project installations and employee training

Support and maintain quality systems including ISO 9001 and FDA compliance processes

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

Preferred: 5+ years in manufacturing, with emphasis on automation and systems

Background in chemicals/paint manufacturing strongly preferred

Experience working with ERP systems

Software proficiencies: MS Office Suite and AutoCAD

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools

What's on Offer

Base salary ranging from $105,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Eligible for 10% bonus target
