Role: Long-term temporary Service Writer to provide maternity leave coverage through March/April 2026 in South Plainfield..

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and provide repair quotations to customers.

Maintain high-volume output of quotes.

Diligently follow up with customers via phone and email.

Explain necessary repairs to customers to secure approvals.

Required Skills:

Strong computer proficiency (non-negotiable).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.

Detail-oriented and driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical knowledge of automotive or industrial equipment.

Experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role.

Assignment Details:

This is a full-time, long-term temporary position.

The assignment will end upon the return of the employee on maternity leave.
