Sales Support

Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support team member to join our team in Columbus, Ohio.

This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and engaging with clients to meet their product needs efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

- Support inbound sales activities and assist customers with their product selections.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.

- Familiarity with managing inbound sales and post-sales support.
