The Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mold Setter on Afternoon Shift based out of our Sterling Heights, Michigan facility.

Start and setup all new molding jobs in presses of different tonnage

Verify processes/jobs are running correctly within tolerance set in master

Check parts for quality standards and verify they meet standards

Set up color feeders

Our Ideal Candidate:

Understands process and procedure and can follow instructions

Can operate machinery, crane, forklift

Has a basic understanding of tools, molding processes and presses

High school or equivalent education
