City of Ojai is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Trolley Drivers! If you love interacting with people, have a passion for providing excellent customer service, and enjoy driving, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities include:

Safely operate the trolley along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and city policies.

Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the trolley, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience.

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the trolley, reporting any maintenance needs.

Maintain a clean and presentable trolley.

Collect fares and maintain accurate records.

Maintain a positive and engaging attitude throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

Possession of a California Commercial Class C Driver License with Passenger Endorsement or a Commercial Class B Driver License with Passenger Endorsement.

Clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

This position is subject to DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements.
