Job Description
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive salary + equity
Backed by 8VC, we're building a world-class team to tackle one of the industry’s most critical infrastructure problems.About the Role
We’re hiring an Executive Business Partner to support our co-founders (CEO, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Technology Officer) as we scale Fabrion from the ground up. This is not a traditional EA role — you’ll be a trusted partner and force multiplier for the founding team, ensuring their time, priorities, and relationships are focused on what drives the most impact.
You’ll be at the center of our operating rhythm: coordinating calendars and priorities, searching for new office location(s), driving follow-through on critical initiatives, and helping shape the systems that keep the team moving fast. You’ll also represent Fabrion externally with professionalism and warmth, building trust with customers, partners, and investors. Along the way, you’ll help us experiment with and adopt AI-powered workflows that boost productivity and scale our impact.
If you’re highly organized, proactive, thrive in dynamic environments — and want a front-row seat to building an AI-native startup — this role is for you.Responsibilities
