We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operator to join our Nuneaton facility working permanent nights. With the opportunity to gain a forklift licence, you will be maintaining the flow of stock and packaging into our Prepack operations.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Nights 6pm – 6am

Salary: £35,333.28 per annum + site bonus scheme

YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

• Monitoring and recording quality and temperature checks on all inbound stock

• Dispatching our finished good’s products to storage

• Keeping a high standard of H&S and food safety in line with Manufacturing Performance Systems (MPS)

• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities

• Looking to identify and propose cost saving initiatives
