State Licensed Neurologist

A company is looking for a Neurologist (Part-Time Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured, telehealth-based diagnostic evaluations for patients with suspected dementia or cognitive impairment

Consult on complex neurological cases and review clinical histories to validate diagnostic decision-making

Document assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care planning

Required Qualifications

MD or DO with current board certification in Neurology

Subspecialty expertise in dementia, cognitive neurology, or behavioral neurology strongly preferred

Unrestricted medical licensure and willingness to extend licensure to all states of operation

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including diagnostic evaluation of dementia

Experience with telemedicine platforms and remote patient assessment
