Primary Care Physician Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Erie, PA

Start Date: June 23rd, 2025

She Recruits is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC Look-Alike) in Erie, Pennsylvania. This mission-driven Community Health Center (CHC) serves a diverse patient population across three outpatient clinic locations in Erie County. As a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site and a designated provider for Pennsylvania's Primary Care Loan Repayment Program, this organization plays a crucial role in providing high-quality, equitable healthcare services. Position Overview

Outpatient-only role, no OB care required

Work schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Opportunity to provide care to a diverse patient population, including refugees from Ukraine, the Middle East, Afghanistan, and Latin America

Assignment is open-ended, with reviews every four weeks for potential extension

Locum coverage is needed until a permanent physician is hired Qualifications

Cultural competency and sensitivity are essential for serving a multilingual, multicultural patient base

Passion for educating patients on health and wellness

Comfort working with interpreters, as a majority of patients speak languages other than English

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible to work with Medicare and Medicaid patients

Must be licensed in Pennsylvania or qualify for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) for expedited licensing Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary aligned with national family medicine averages: $234,000 annually

Malpractice insurance provided

Travel & lodging covered for candidates who need to commute (mileage & lodging reimbursement included)
