Role Description
This is a full-time work-from-home role for an Accounts Payable Analyst/Accountant located PAN India. The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, managing vendor relationships, reconciling payable accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. Additional responsibilities include assisting in month-end closing activities and supporting the finance and accounts team as needed.
This is a Permanent work-from-home full-time role. The candidate would be required to cater to the ET time Zone ( from 5.30 pm to 1.30 AM India Time)
Mandatory- hands-on Experience with QuickBooks
Compensation- 25K for the first 6 months, then revised based on candidate performance to a minimum of 30K.
Qualifications
• Strong Accounts knowledge ( Entries, Journal Ledger, Profit and Loss, and Balance sheet accounts)
• Excellent Communication skills in English (Spanish is a Plus)
• 1-2 years of experience with vendor Invoicing and Vendor relations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance
• Experience in the education and training industry is a plus
