If yes, this role is for you. We are hiring an Executive and Technical Assistant to the CEO for a leading FinTech company that is transforming financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa. This is an in-person, mid-level management role based in Abuja, designed for a professional who can provide top-level executive support, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth coordination across the CEO’s office.

The Opportunity

As Executive and Technical Assistant to the CEO, you will:

• Support the CEO: Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, communications, and high-level priorities.

• Drive Strategy: Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing strategic business initiatives.

• Prepare Insights: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare presentations and reports for decision-making.

• Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

• Oversee Projects: Track progress of key projects, follow up with teams, and ensure timely delivery.

• Manage Information: Draft documents, review reports, and ensure accurate flow of information to the CEO.

• Represent the CEO: Attend meetings (when delegated), capture minutes, and provide actionable summaries.

• Ensure Efficiency: Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for the CEO’s office.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Professional: 3–5 years of experience in executive support, operations, business analysis, or related roles.

• Organized & Proactive: Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver in fast-paced settings.

• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in MS Office, productivity tools, and data analysis/reporting.

• Analytical Thinker: Able to synthesize information, prepare briefs, and support technical decision-making.

• Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Discreet & Reliable: High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Grounded in Abuja: Based in Abuja and available for in-person support to the CEO.
