Primary Care Physician (PCP)
A Primary Care Physician is needed in Panama City, Florida.
Panama City is a thriving coastal community offering beautiful beaches, a low cost of living, and a growing population. This opportunity is with a respected outpatient medical clinic that provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to the local community.
Salary and Benefits
Target salary: $200,000 annually (based on experience)

Full support staff
No nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities
Onsite provider role no remote work
Responsibilities
Full-time, Monday Friday schedule
Target patient volume: 16 patients per day
Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
