The Role: 倉儲管理員Warehouse Clerk

依據標準作業程序及作業指導書 執行各項倉儲作業 包括貨物接收 入庫 存放 揀貨 出貨 庫存管理與物料搬運 同時負責6S生產環境的清潔與維護 確保倉庫運作順暢且高效

Perform warehouse operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions, including goods receiving, put-away, storage, picking, shipping, inventory management, and material handling. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the production environment based on 6S principles, and ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

In this role you will:

執行物料入庫 備貨 發貨及出貨等相關作業

定期進行盤點 確保庫存準確性並防止差異產生

維持並持續優化日常倉儲作業流程

遵循工廠6S管理與環境安全衛生規範 並即時回報異常狀況

負責貨櫃之裝卸作業

操作自動化倉儲系統(ASRS)

出勤時間 常日班 (08:00-17:00)

執行主管交辦之其他工作任務或事項

Execute material receiving, preparation, delivery, and outbound operations

Perform regular inventory cycle counts and prevent stock discrepancies

Maintain and continuously optimize daily warehouse operation processes

Comply with factory 6S standards and EHS requirements; report any abnormalities promptly

Handle container loading and unloading tasks

Operate Automated Storage and Retrieval System

Working Hours: Regular Day Shift

Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

具備一年以上倉儲管理相關工作經驗

具高度自律 能獨立完成指派之工作任務

熟悉辦公室軟體操作 如 Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint 具 SAP 系統操作經驗者尤佳

可依出貨排程彈性配合加班需求

因應系統操作需求 須具備基本英文閱讀與理解能力

學歷要求 高中職以上

持有堆高機操作技術士證照 並具三年以上實務操作經驗

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations

Highly self-disciplined and capable of independently completing assigned tasks

Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is a plus

Willing to work overtime based on shipping schedules

Basic English reading and comprehension skills required for system operations

Education requirement: High school diploma or above

Possess a valid forklift operator license with over 3 years of hands-on experience
