Costing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Costing Manager to oversee and manage the estimation, costing, and budgeting of our aluminum, glass, cladding, signage, 3D lettering, and architectural projects.

Job Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminum works (doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, staircases, etc.) and signage projects (3D letters, sculptures, displays, etc.) Analyze drawings, technical documents, and project requirements to develop accurate cost breakdowns Monitor material, labor, and subcontractor costs to ensure projects remain within budget Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to provide cost-effective solutions Maintain and update cost databases, supplier lists, and pricing strategies Evaluate project risks and provide financial insights to management Prepare regular cost reports and support in tendering and bidding processes Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Costing Manager / Estimator in aluminum, glass, construction, or signage industry Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation costs Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and costing software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ready to join immediately (preferred) Please send your resume/CV
