About the role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Site Admin with events coordinating experience who can seamlessly manage a variety of administrative tasks including handling phones and emails, scheduling appointments, and planning meetings, while keeping the office running smoothly and supporting managers with day-to-day operations. In this fast-paced role, you’ll use your time management and organizational skills to maintain an efficient workspace, collaborate with clients and colleagues, and take the lead in coordinating site events that foster engagement and bring teams together. If you thrive on multitasking, problem-solving, and creating memorable experiences, we’d love to have you on board.
This role is based in Orica Limay Manufacturing Plant.
What you will be doing
Support managers with daily clerical tasks
Manage company events
Manage Orica impact fund projects
Manage company visitors
Coordinate canteen, bungalow and training room issues
Submit business permits
Maintain good relationship with public and private sectors
Perform admin expenses task in Concur
Create purchase requisition for admin
Perform grocery for admin and bungalow
Book hotel and flight for managers
Maintain driver schedule
Support plant tour
Support ERG
Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
Schedule appointments and update calendar
Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
Create spreadsheets and presentations
Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
What you will bring
Proven work experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant
Strong understanding of office management and site events management
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Bachelor's degree
